2024 Rules and Standard of Proof Consultation

The Tribunal has published its new procedural rules. The 2024 Rules will apply to all Complaints, Appeals and Applications lodged after 1 September 2024. The Tribunal has also published guidance on expenses and health issues as well as a judgment publication policy. The guidance and policy will become operational at the same time as the new Rules come into force. The documents are available on the Rules page of the Tribunal website for information only at this stage.

The Tribunal seeks views on the appropriate standard of proof for professional misconduct cases. The consultation document is available on the Rules page of the Tribunal website. Responses are sought by 5pm on 13 September 2024.
